I GOT MY HAIR BRAIDED. I WANTED BOX BRAIDS. I LOOOOOVE THEM!!!! THE COLOR, THE STYLE, THE LENGTH AND NO HAIR HAS FALLEN OUT!!!! THEY ARE A LITTLE TIGHT BUT MANAGEABLE. I AM LOVING MY HAIR AND SO DO OTHERS!!!! THANK YOU BEAUTIFUL QUEENS!!!!!!

Critical: QualityNever ever again. Braided my hair so tight, the braids at the nape of my neck fell out with my hair attached within a week. My edges are braided so tight, even after telling them not to worry about the fly aways. I could barely blink or turn my head afterwards. Absolutely, ridiculous. No one’s hair needs to be braided that tight. Very disappointed in the results and service. Unable to keep a $200.00 hairdo for 2 weeks. I will never refer this place to anyone not even an enemy. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueSo I called around 1:44 pm to ask if I could get my hair done and when. She you can come now , I said okay.On the way there I asked if she had 2 branders cause I didn’t want to sit there all day long I had other business to take care of. She said No only 1 braided. I said well cancel my appointment. She called back 5 minutes later and said she was confused and thought I was someone else. That she had 2 branders there waiting on me. I asked are you sure she said yes how long will you be.I said 10 minutes away. 1/11/2020, I went for braids less than one month ago. This was my first visit. I told them not to braid my hair tight but they did not listen. I went back one week later because the braids were not knotted properly. She curled the ends. The braids were too tight! The braids started falling out with bumps all on my edges.

Never again unless i have no choice. My braids look horrible and they will charge you one price over the phone than another in person and THEY TALK TO DAMN MUCH WHICH MAKES IT SLOW DOING HAIR. AND THEY ALL CANT BRAID AND THEY TALK BOUT THEY CUSTOMERS VERY RUDE

Horrible service !! The women in this shop are very rude they were speaking badly about myself and the other costumers completely unaware of the fact that I could UNDERSTAND them. I had two ladies braiding my hair one lady was giving me skinny braids and the other lady was giving me huge braids once I noticed and asked her to fix it she REFUSED to redo the braids another ladies had to redo them. this was all around the WORST experience i have ever had while getting my hair done.

Went because it was close to my house. My braids were horrible. They were loose and too big. Not what i wanted at all. Then the braids started falling out that night. Will never go back
