After topcoat and some dry drops, woman felt my nail and said it’s ok but I know better than that so I say even longer and still it never tried. Even hours later polish is waxy and able to rub off. Not happy, paid $75 for acrylic refill 2 redo nails, and a pedi. With the regular O.P.I polish. The chic didn’t take off all my polish so the polish can be seen thru the new color, and the nails were not filled equally. Won’t get anymore of my business.

I called ahead they told me to come in for my nail that broke only one week after getting done. I love their nails, but waited a half an hour with no indication of how long my wait will be. They began full set nails on other customers and then after a 30 min wait, I finally asked how long they said another half an hour or longer….are you kidding me! It’s a shame bc I like going here, but sorry you lost a customer. No regard for peoples time what so ever. Especially I called before and my nail broke in one week. Very very disappointed with the lack of customer service that was displayed today.

I went there to get my nails done for a party and my expectations were left hanging. Even though they did get the job done, the pricing is way more than the quality. When getting my acrylics they did not even them out and did not trim my nails underneath, so they ended up looking a bit off. I would recommend you don’t do acrylic French tips at this place but everything else is beautiful like the designs were magnificent. So I might return, just not to do acrylics.
