Made a quick call for a simple cut as a new client. The owner (forgot her name!) took the time to listen to what I wanted, even requested a rinse after my cut. I was offered a beverage. It was a nice experience. Voila! I have super curly hair and received good service and a great cut. The owner has strong styling experience.
