Came in as a walk-in and was asked to come back at a specific time. It was great for the accommodation, I would have preferred an honest response or to be told to come back another day because it was a huge sacrifice to the employee who assisted me. My service was rushed and my chair was being cleaned while I was in it. My nails were trimmed but not properly cleaned. Not worth the $28 plus tip.

The nail technicians at M2 Nail Lounge are super professional and artistic, I’ve been with Alice, Yoyo, Savanah, Kiki and Winnie ❤ and all of them are super detailed and know what they do, they always say “if something happens in one week come back and we’ll fix it” but nails are so perfect they last longer than 3 weeks, I always come back because I love what they do and the price totally worth it.

Absolutely terrible! Got gel manicure and regular pedicure. I was a walk in and they did take me right away, but seemed bothered. The quality of the gel is awful because after 1-2 days it started coming off. I went back to fix 1 nail. Then a couple of days after more kept coming off. Usually gel manicure lasts 3 weeks at least. I get it grows but for it to come right off is bad. Will never come here again.
