I’ve also been to their other location in the Glen Cove Mansion and the atmosphere is perfect to relax and get away for the day (they have pool).

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismSix of us went for massages and facials and instead of charging us the website quoted price of $75 each they upcharged us $160 for EACH facial! Bait and switch at its worst!! The pool area is really run down, there are no changing rooms and the facial room has a curtain rather than a door so if they are talking in there you can easily hear it in the massage rooms. To top it all off, the owner – Margarita – is rude and condescending and refused to refund the facial price difference even after her husband/partner agreed to!! Six of us went for massages and facials and instead of charging us the website quoted price of $75 each they upcharged us $160 for EACH facial! Bait and switch at its worst!!
