Critical: QualityDO NOT COME HERE. I asked the lady to cut my hair *half an inch from the bottom*, which is quite simple. I thought she understood, and I asked her if I could see it when she started cutting because the scissors looked too close and I wanted to make sure she got the right length as I had a bad feeling. But she insisted to keep cutting and didn’t let me see. Turns out, she cut it so there was about only one inch of hair from the root. Luckily it was just on the bottom layer and not my entire hair. I have been trying to grow the bottom layer for the past year and now my hair is ruined. I am very upset and just wasted $10. I came in with terrible bleach breakage. Like terrible ! I had shoulder length hair with my breakage only like 1 in-2in. From the scalp. She cut my hair very well. Gave me layers to blend it . Thinned out my bangs and left my hair looking absolutely restored! Instead of looking thin and just like it’s falling out I looks FULL and back to a normal cut . Honestly amazing!

They take their time and really make sure they know what you want before they start cutting your hair. Haircut turned out great. And most importantly, they are the NICEST people ever.
