Linda did amazing. She took her time and was very thorough. Most of my experiences in Omaha are rushed and poor service but not here! Definitely worth every penny. I got builder gel + glow in the dark shellac as well as a shellac organic pedicure and loved it! I will definitely come to her every time I visit Omaha. Very friendly service.

Got a set of acrylics done here with gel polish, the technician was rushed and didn’t seem to even want me there. My nails came out super uneven, bumpy, and inconsistent. I came back in 2 days later to have them fixed, which seemed fine at first until 4 days later and I noticed the gel and acrylic started chipping off. I’m not sure if it’s poor quality product or poor application but I’ve never had acrylic nails fail after just a few days, especially ones I paid nearly $80 for. When I contacted them again with my issue (7 days after original application, 5 days after the fix) they waited until the next day to message me and tell me that since it had been more than 7 days there was nothing they were going to do.

Critical: QualityFirst of all they rushed to seat us and pressured us to pick a color. Then she gave me the wrong color. I told her it was wrong so she took some of it off. Throughout the appointment she cut me at least 4 times. She left all of this color on my finger and under my nails gluing my skin to my fingers. AND didn’t even get any powder on a quarter of my thumb nail, it’s completely bare. First of all they rushed to seat us and pressured us to pick a color. Then she gave me the wrong color. I told her it was wrong so she took some of it off. My girlfriend brought me with her for my first pedicure. They advertise the pedicure to last 30-3min. Mine was only 15 min. The lady was so rushed and rude. I could do better job doing my own toe nails than this professional. Here is a picture of my professionally done pedicure. Save your money and time and head to a different spot

Experience was very good at first, I just had my baby 5 months ago and haven’t treated myself since my baby shower, the lady doing my toes did just fine, it was a little streaky but I was okay with that. I paid $38 to be rushed out another lady grabbed my things and said she was helping me leave . My toes were not dry but I guess they needed the chair or something?

I would give 0 stars if this were an option. Probably the worst customer service I have ever received from any nail salon. The nail “technician” seemed annoyed to have me and my family there the second he sat down to do my pedicure. I asked him several times to turn the water setting down and by the third time he finally listened. He proceeded to take my gel off with a cuticle cutter he was literally yanking it off. He ruined my nail beds. After we called over the manager to request someone else he proceeds to throw a fit and literally yanked the towel from under my feet & walked off like a kid. Talk about PATHETIC. It was so bad I left immediately didn’t even get anything done. Do not waste your time here. I surely will NEVER be returning and will be advising people stay away from here.

Went for a Christmas work party, and tried this place out for the first time for all of us girls. Weather was bad out so we arrived 10 minutes late. But did call and let them know. Arrived and they were NOT busy, almost all seats were available. So, I already had dip powder on for almost 3 weeks prior to going into this nail salon for the first time. I was rushed to pick a color. Sat down and the man (nail tech) used a nail tip to lift under my dip powder and rip it off. Not nail filing it down, not soaking it off or anything. Breaking down my natural nails. I did want to add tips with the dip powder and really needed to at this point. He was very rough moving my hands and fingers seeming very bothered I was even there. Finally done and not pleased with the glitter tip dip powder and how it looked but didn’t bother to complain. (Work party, I didn’t pay) But 4 days later two nails broke. The dip was so thin I then notice another nail was cracked and ready to break also. Never again! The whole experience was the worst I have ever had. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years. Dip normally lasts me 3 weeks. This was 4 days only. Needless to say I went back to my normal nail salon and my nails are beautiful again. Never try a new place no matter what says my regular nail tech.
