First, I have to say the salon is beautiful and everyone there is very kind. I went in for a gel manicure and there were some complications my first visit so I did have to return to have them fixed. They were very kind about it and the manager Tony was very helpful and professional. I recently went in for a full set with another nail technician named Tip, she is very sweet and paid very close attention to detail which I appreciate as a former nail tech myself. I left with a beautiful set of nails that I absolutely love! I will be returning and highly recommend

So this was a first experience for me! I booked two pedicures for a date night, my wife was so excited that I decided to actually do it after years and years of playing the man card. As you walk in to this place the inside is beautiful and welcoming and makes you excited that you’ll get amazing service. We ordered pedicures with hot stone massage, sounded amazing. But I will tell you it was the worst. Even my wife who gets these done all the time and hole in the wall spas says it was terrible the massage felt like my leg was being tickled with her fingertips no pressure no massage just lightly touching. The stones were terrible. They stung with heat and she kept racking them on my ankles which is super painful. Not to mention the seat, looks amazingly comfortable but it was the hardest thing to sit in for that long. Imagine how bad it would of been if we got the basic pedicure. The best part of the whole experience was walking out the door and deciding to never come back. We paid with tip just shy of 200$ for two pedicures which is insanely expensive. Save time and money and go somewhere else!

They are so nice, and NEVER fail to understand what I want! They are super clean, super nice, and a fair/great price! I trust them fully with what I want, and I never worry about if my nails will look good or not. 1000/10 would recommend and would LOVE to go again! My daughter saved up & get a set of acrylic nails. While the nails are beautiful & thin & look perfect, they started chipping in less than 24 hours (Thanksgiving day was the next day & then the holiday weekend so wasn’t able to go back into business to have fixed.) Now one week later, they are going to have to come off. Very disappointed especially since all 3 of my daughter’s have had nails done elsewhere for dances & birthday gifts & their nails lasted 3-4 weeks & looked flawless. (minus the unsightly grow out.) These nails were $15 more for the set & last 24 hours.

My cuticles have never been so torn up. I went in for a repair of an acrylic nail that broke in half the day after I got them. And the polish had bubbles in it and was peeling off. The tech that originally did my nails did the repair and was incredibly rude and extremely rough on my nails. He purposely filed my cuticles with the dirty drills that they use. And then asked me if he was hurting me with a smirk on his face. I will never go back to this establishment. They are rude, the equipment is dirty and they are very expensive.

I have been a client since the first day they opened and I have never been disappointed. The service is outstanding and all the Techs that I’ve worked with are very nice and do an excellent Job. My favorite tech is Lillie who is also a manager there, she has always overdelivered on the requests that I’ve had. Tony the manager who is up at the front is such a gentleman, and always greets me by name, he is very personable and has superior customer service. The salon is very clean and is so beautiful….high end!

Update: after leaving this review the manager of the salon called immediately and offered that his co-manager redo my nails. It was an exceptional experience and the exact opposite of what I experienced during my first visit. The manager apologized profusely and said he would check video footage so he could speak with the nail tech who helped me so that they could have a chat with her. I think I had a bad one off experience but this isn’t typical practice for this salon. After getting my nails redone nobody even asked me to redo my review but it was an exceptional experience and I’m sad I didn’t get to this sooner. I hope no new customers are scared off cause of reviews – even if the first experience isn’t great management truly wants you to have an excellent time and WILL work to make it right!

Sisters and I got pampered here on a Saturday morning. The building is beautiful and clean, more upscale than many places I’ve been to. Staff was kind and professional. The pedicures were great but for a bit higher price. Also, you can’t put a tip on credit card, only Venmo or cash.

Very clean and great design. I really like the 6 person walled off areas as opposed to the long line of massage/pedicure chairs. They use the disposable plastic liner in the foot soaking basin and individual packaged tools. I felt like it was very clean. The prices are very comparable to other salons in the area. Overall great experience.
