I will not be returning to this salon unfortunately. I was super excited because it’s clean and elegant. My nails are super cute, however, I am in a lot of pain. I received cuts on almost all of my cuticles and the excessive filing on the sides of my nails to perfect the shape dug into my nail bed, which a couple now have scabs, and now my fingers are incredibly sensitive and sore. I’ve never had anything this bad happen to my nails. I am disappointed because my nails look amazing but I got my nails done on Monday and my nails are still sore and painful.

My cousin from out of the country happen to be in town and she wanted to get her nails done. We had lunch over at Newport grille and decided to hop over to M Vince Nails so i can get a Pedicure and she can get a Manicure and nails done. Well lets just say the gal who did her nails ripped her cuticles to the point where she was so tender and sore on almost every finger she worked on from drilling down the dip powder. What made things worse was that the end results was thick and bulky. We asked her prior to her starting to please make it look thin and natural. I figured for the price we paid we should have gotten better results. Aside from continuing to ask her to do a certain way and fix things she continued to hurt my cousins fingers. If the owners are reading this you should consider reaching out to me. I’d like to have a conversation.

Went to get nails done at this salon last time I came here it was an amazing experience very professional and I was really satisfied with my nails. This time around it seemed the lady was rushing through the job she hurt my hands and the nails are far from good and they are crooked and bumpy and they are just not that great of quality Dip powder

Part of a pedicure experience of having your feet in warm water and relax while they do your toe nails. My experience was completely the opposite. The lady doing my pedicure was obsessed with cutting my cuticles to a point that made me scream and I jump because she was cutting my skin. After this I was so tense through the entire experience and all I wanted was for her to finish with my nails already. She polish my nails in dry which made it harder to peel the old polish and my feet touched the water for a whole minute. No massage no nothing to my feet. I’m so dissatisfied I’m not driving all the way from the west side to the east side to this place again.

Anna at M. Vince is my nail technician (gel mani/dip, pedicures) and she is a perfectionist by nature, always providing excellent service. I love that M. Vince staff doesn’t yell across the room like you experience at other places. The environment is calming and serene. The space is beautiful, well kept and clean, and their BATHROOMS are the highest quality, like you’d see in a high end hotel.
