I stopped by after work and was able to be seen right a way as a walk in customer. The salon is beautiful and brand new! I received a spa pedicure and felt incredibly relaxed thanks to the massage chair and calming atmosphere. My nail technician was very professional and gentle. I left feeling great and will definitely book appointments in the future for manicures and pedicures.

I went in to get my nails done for my birthday, I had a ton of events to attend and I needed my nails to look good. I went to the Ann Arbor M. Vince to get my nails done. I picked out a beautiful chrome color. By the time I got home, the color started bubbling up and was starting to peel at the edges. I immediately called the salon and was told to come in so they could see. So I return, I overheard the staff say “I don’t know what she did to her nails, just put shellac over the black base of the chrome nails”. So I was given a shellac nail color change with the black base of the chrome polish peeking through. I was outdone because if I could see it, they certainly could. My nails looked dirty my whole birthday weekend I felt like I wasn’t treated the way I should have been treated and I didn’t have time to start the process over. I went to get my nails redone at another shop. It took forever to get that black base off because it was so thick on my nails!! That explains why they didn’t want to take it off…. I probably would never return to this shop because when you get pampered, it should be an experience. Not a frustrating bad experience that I experienced.

Really nice nail salon. It was a relaxing environment and plenty of space. I even noticed there was a beverage bar. All the people were super friendly and they did some really lovely nail designs for my visit here with my mom for her birthday. Looking forward to coming back!

This was my first time at M. Vince and I can’t wait to come back! Monica was meticulous and did a beautiful job on my manicure. She is so sweet, nice to talk to, and I didn’t feel like she was rushing me out of there like the other salon down the road from here. This was seriously the most relaxing pedicure I’ve ever had too!!!

Took my niece here for her birthday and it was perfect. You walk in and it smells so nice. The staff was friendly and made the experience lovely! Highly recommend Monica and Whitney! I had a wonderful experience at M. Vince Nail Spa! The receptionists were friendly and welcoming. I was on time for my appointment and did not have to wait for my services. Jaden did an amazing job on my nails! He has a fantastic attention to detail, is quick and efficient, and so fun to chat with. The salon itself is clean and stunning. I will be certainly be back!
