Overall good place, would recommend. I got a full set acrylic. I had a nail design in mind but they didn’t have the gold glitter specks I wanted but it was on the nail option tabs. The lady told me it was a different thing, not sure exactly sure what she meant, but figured I would give the gold they have in hand a try anyway. A little too yellow gold for my liking but trying to warm up to it. I asked my middle finger to be a milky white (which she said she has some closer that is a grayer white) & I didn’t know they do ombré by spray paint so the whites look a little off but at a far distance it looked okay! You can’t tell through photos, which was nice. Okay experience. Would give this design another try if they have a speckled gold I wanted!

Fabulous. Annette and her staff were beyond exceptional, consistent, very professional, and so accommodating. This has been my 10th time here and each time everyone has been as consistent and enjoyable as first. I even got gel pedicure which may be my “new pedicure” of choice. I have been in Carlisle for over a decade and feel as if I am in a wonderful place of business where I always feel better when I leave than I arrive. Definitely should try it out! You won’t be disappointed

Appointment was at 12 didn’t leave until 1:45. They won’t rush but they sure do take their time. Their was only two employees. Both kept bouncing back a forth between my nails. The had three people in the salon. One lady who came after me left before I did. The process of removing my old acrylic nails was PAINFUL! But they said it was faster( saved maybe 5 minutes) my nails are beautiful but I very unhappy. I went through school for a nail tech and the way they do things is not correct. I won’t be going back and this was my first time. I was made uncomfortable and unwelcome. They need more staff or figure out the scheduling better. Paid $80 for a service I was not pleased with. NEVER AGAIN
