Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIt’s surprising that this nail shop has such a low rating. I’ve been here twice and both times were great. I chose a no chip the first time and a no chip cat eye the second time. My nails looked really pretty and the techs were very attentive, which I appreciated. It’s surprising that this nail shop has such a low rating. I’ve been here twice and both times were great. I chose a no chip the first time and a no chip cat eye the second time. My nails looked really pretty and the techs were very attentive, which I appreciated. I’m very satisfied with M and T nails and I would recommend them to anyone.

Critical: ProfessionalismThis is actually my first poor review, i never do this. This is my first time coming here for a pedicure and the nail lady didn’t greet me or talk to me. I felt unwanted and rushed with the whole process. When i told her what i wanted KINDLY she didn’t reply back and kept talking to the employee next to her. Not coming here again. This is actually my first poor review, i never do this. This is my first time coming here for a pedicure and the nail lady didn’t greet me or talk to me. I felt unwanted and rushed with the whole process. When i told her what i wanted KINDLY she didn’t reply back and kept talking to the employee next to her. Not coming here again. Thats all i have to say.

Critical: ProfessionalismI will never return after being threatened at the salon by another customer and her guest, it’s not worth it just to get my nails dipped. I had an appointment and didn’t have to wait long which upset this customer. She and her guest began to talk about me, stand up to look at me and see where I was and finally after five minutes I defended myself and told them I had an appointment, one woman snapped, the other called me names and then I received a threat that if I didn’t shut up I was not going to like what she was going to do to me, mind you she wasn’t a customer just an accompanying guest, this scene was loud and obvious to everyone present, staff did nothing to stop or deescalate the situation, I was on my own. I spoke to the supervisor after who said the reason they did nothing was because he was worried those customers would come back and do something to the salon, I expressed that it’s his responsibility to create a safe environment for his customers, and I should not have been harassed or threatened in his salon.I will never return after being threatened at the salon by another customer and her guest, it’s not worth it just to get my nails dipped. I will never return after being threatened at the salon by another customer and her guest, it’s not worth it just to get my nails dipped. I had an appointment and didn’t have to wait long which upset this customer.
