Went here for a mani/pedi. Didn’t have to wait very long but after I got home and actually took the time to look at my toe nails I was very very disappointed. They used the wrong polish and it had completely come off one of my little toes and over half of the rest of my toenails weren’t fully painted. Like they literally missed half of the toenail. They did an ok job on my manicure but it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. I did NOT want a clear acrylic because my natural nail looks pretty horrible but she used a clear acrylic anyway and just did one coat of polish over top which you can very easily see through. I’ve been here before and they did a pretty good job that time but I’m never going back after today.

I have had my nails done twice recently by Yin at MT Nails. I used to go here as a teen and came back for their prices and hopefully their skill. However, they are unable to give you exactly what you want plain and simple. They will say that they can achieve the look you desire, but when the gel dries and it’s done, it looks nothing like the original inspiration photo. Why say “yes I can achieve this look” knowing full well that you cannot. Also I find Yin to be very rude. When it was time for me to pay for my nails, my wife asked the nail tech (yin) if she had fun doing my nails .. to which Yin replied “No she asks for too much.” If your client asks for something and you say as a nail tech that you can accomplish that, then how is that me asking for too much. I think this salon is used to basic acrylic styles and not ones that are trendy etc. I won’t be coming back not only because of the way my nails turned out both times, but mostly because of Yins attitude.

Being someone who has gotten her nails done for more than 20 years at countless salons, this place isn’t bad at all. The techs are friendly and the prices for the area aren’t that bad. Be prepared for long waits as they never answer the phone and I don’t believe they take appointments. Color selection can be daunting since it looks from afar that there is a much wider selection than there really is. They could stand to have a couple more techs working at any given time to help with the wait times.

If I could give a half-star, I would. We waited an hour and 45 minutes after signing in, and then we’re asked to wait a minimum of another hour. I didn’t need a fill, acrylics, or a pedicure! Just went there for paint! After nearly two hours, I walked out with no paint! Two people working a giant salon?? For real?? Never again.
