Love this place. I was going to another salon nearby but realized the quality wasn’t great after my gel nails started chipping after a few days. Stumbled upon MT Nail Salon and I’m definitely a repeat customer. The first time here I did gel, it lasted for about 3 weeks. Honestly still looked good at 4 weeks until my nails started chipping. I went the other day and got acrylics for the first time. Staff were super friendly and helpful! So far, I’ve had nothing but good experiences and attentiveness from the staff ☺️

Probably the worst customer service I’ve received from a nail salon. First I made an appointment at 11 for my aunt and I for a mani-pedi and when I walked in they had no record of the appointment so I had to come back 45 minutes later. When I got back to the salon it took them almost 30 minutes to even start on my nails. The lady was very rough with my cuticles almost all of them are cut up or raw. My nails were not the same shape and she didn’t put enough polish on to make it opaque, they were still transparent so I had to reshape them and put another coat of polish on them for them to be the same shape and opaque. I would not recommend this salon, my cuticles still sting and I was overall SUPER disappointed.

Brought my daughter here for her 13th birthday, the staff was so accommodating to her and made it so special for her. She walked away feeling so special and had some beautiful artwork done, my daughter was thrilled. The customer service was impeccable and truly appreciated!

Tammy did an amazing job with my gel set! This was my best salon experience and I will definitely be going back! She made sure everything was absolutely perfect before sending me on my way and was absolutely the most friendly technician I’ve had. Everyone else I dealt with was pleasant and the establishment was clean.

I was visiting my Mom from the east coast to celebrate her birthday. She frequents this nail salon and chose this specific location for her birthday mani pedi. They were so busy, but wanted the business, they would pause after each step and go work on someone else. The lack of attention was annoying as well as the rushed and sloppy job of each part of a pedicure. For me it was to be a special treat since I only get a pedicure once a year, if that and I felt I would have been better off not coming here. The water was cold and when I asked them to warm it up it got even colder. I was freezing from the moment I put my feet in the cold water until way after my toenail polish dried since I had to sit in from of a cold fan to let it dry. The technicians were also inconsistent with each other. As I watched others get their feet cleaned thoroughly, my were cleaned briefly and not thoroughly. The massage they gave me on both of my calves and feet was the same time one person spent on another patrons one calf. I am so disappointed in this pedicure and I suggest either they hire more technicians or admit when they are too busy so we can get the service we desire.

The staff is really nice, like most Asian nail salons when you ask them to correct something they speak to each other in their native language, cant help but think they’re talking bad about you. Also noted how they rinse and reuse the same pumice stone over and over again, they reuse the same files so what goes to say about the tools I highly doubt they disinfect them. While getting my pedicure I also noticed how one of the nail tech’s washed a pedicure bowl with soap and water while she wore gloves and went to continue working on her client without removing the gloves. I won’t be going back plus I highly recommend you bring your own tools because they’re cheap here and are reusing the same files, buffers and pumice stones. Pretty nasty… which is exactly how to fungus and other diseases transmit. The night of my pedicure my legs broke out in bumps that itched so bad, I couldn’t wear dresses or shorts for weeks.
