This was my first time getting my nails done at MStudio and it was horrible. The were very uncaring at costumer service and nail care. the person who did my acrylics left each nail a different size and the nail polish was bumpy. In addition they had limited gel polish options. I’ve always gotten gel acrylic from other nail shops that came out beuatiful but this was just a mess. Considering how bad it was and it being pricey I definitely will not be returning.

This place deserves less than ZERO STARS. Made an appointment and went in for a fill. The staff was rude the second I walked in, yelling at me to sit down but not telling me where. I told the person that I wanted my nails a little shorter and asked that one nail that was broken be removed and replaced. The person completely ignored me, saying nothing as they hacked off the majority of the length of my nails and repaired rather than replaced the broken nail. The person then proceeded to blast not only my nails but my cuticles with the sander, to the point where three of my cuticles were shredded and actually bleeding. The person was texting the entire time, paying no attention, roughly pulling on my hands. It was absolutely awful. The entire fill took 15 minutes and my nails look awful. In more than 30 years of having my nails done, this is hands-down the WORST experience I have ever had in a nail salon. After my nails were polished, as I struggled to pick up my things with wet nails, no one offered to help or offered a place for me to sit and wait for them to dry. They went right back to texting and completely ignored me. There are really no words to describe how horrible this place is. PLEASE do not waste your time or money going to this business — it is absolutely horrid!
