The services offered here are good quality, and the staff members are friendly, but the atmosphere lacks desirability. The many beauty products were set in random piles all over the place. Desks, service stations, and shelves were not very organized, which led to a feeling of chaos instead of calm.

I went there to get my hair cut, the hair stylist was very honest with me about my hair texture and she gave me suggestions what’s the best hair cut for my hair with my face shape. Not long after that, I told her I wanted to have ash-y color on my hair. I consulted with Mary. I appreciate her honest opinions about my hair with my skin tone color and she came up with the idea to tone down my “red”ish color and give some highlights. The result was amazing. I kept getting compliments about my hair. Thank you for the Team of M Salon! Y’all are amazing and I appreciate your honest opinions! Nowadays hairstyles will do whatever the customer wants without considering the damage of what could happen if you do something in certain way to your hair.

My two daughters and I went without an appointment. Even though the next available appointment was 3 weeks later than the day we showed up, the manager made space for us and Mary cut our hair, the three of us, in half an hour. We were very happy with our new image and the great price. I’ll be back this week for highlights. Very highly recommended.

The ladies in this salon are amazing and super friendly. I highly recommend this place for your haircuts and even nail services. I came in about a month ago for a layered haircut and Mary did an awesome job of listening to what I wanted and was very efficient. I loved my cut. And today Kathy did my manicure and pedicure. She was so gentle and nice.

Worst experience ever. Booked an appt for 2 ppl for One Global Keratin Treatment. Supposed to be 2 different appt. Showed up today with my daughter.. No appointment, actually never existed. I tried to explain to the owner(rude) who denied the appointments ever booked but then said.. Ohh, we canceled them because they were 2 appointments for same thing and too soon.. Duh, why u didn’t call me to confirm… Either way, they decided to cancel and removed my appointments so there no trace of it….by the way.. If you ain’t Caucasian or certain Asian.. Don’t bother to go… U r not welcome.. My kids can voucher this, it was sad and embarrassing. Thanks heaven… I received my money back even though they denied my poor kids service.. Sometimes, I wish ppl will look beyond color. Poor kids of mine have to witness this in 2020!
