Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMy young daughter and I stopped here while visiting Cornelia. I have my go-to salon in my hometown about 30 minutes away. I’ve gone to salons for 10 years and I go religiously every 2 weeks for mani and pedis. So I have to give this place a shout out! M.S. Nails is beautiful and a real treat. The owner did my pedicure and he was so nice and did a really good massage! The chairs they use are new and fancy. My daughter got a full set and pedicure with gel and nail art (palm trees and beach scene).She has a hard time keeping still so I was impressed with the work and their patience. If I can figure out how to share a photo I will. My manicure was done well. The gentleman took his time and made sure there were no imperfections. I really appreciated his eye for detail. This is a great place to relax and treat yourself. The prices are spot on in comparison to most salons in NE Georgia. My young daughter and I stopped here while visiting Cornelia. I have my go-to salon in my hometown about 30 minutes away. I’ve gone to salons for 10 years and I go religiously every 2 weeks for mani and pedis. So I have to give this place a shout out! M.S. Nails is beautiful and a real treat. I’ve NEVER had an experience this bad when getting my nails done. And she had to redo my nails 3 times, I don’t know if my technician was in a bad mood, or just didn’t like me but she was very ugly to me and my guests. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. One of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. My technician was super rude and unprofessional. I’ve NEVER had an experience this bad when getting my nails done. And she had to redo my nails 3 times, I don’t know if my technician was in a bad mood, or just didn’t like me but she was very ugly to me and my guests. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. You’d be better off doing them yourself.

There was only one employee there when they opened, the other employees came in about 15 minutes later. They told us to go pick out color but didn’t tell us which ones was for sns, we asked like 3 times.The lady that done my nails was not very nice, I tried speaking to her and she wouldn’t respond to us at all. She had to redo my nails 3 times, and they still are not right. The facility is nice but the customer service and the quality of work was horrible! They are also expensive! I called to let them know and they wanted me to come back, my schedule didn’t allow me time to go back. I got to thinking about it and I don’t think I’m even going back to have them fixed, I will go to my regular nail salon!Horrible service! Me and my daughter went to have our nails done Saturday, we got there right when they opened. There was only one employee there when they opened, the other employees came in about 15 minutes later.
