Melisa isn’t just my massage therapist, she’s my pain therapist that really listens then assesses the best therapy possible. With multiple mobility issues setting in from past traumas on top of osteoarthritis, she’s been the only one that can get me walking so I can be be working again. Her services are exactly what you need when you need it most! Love this lady, not always with her “witch” roller in hand , but definitely big love later when I can move again!!

Melissa @ Help Yourself is Godsent. I was diagnosed with a thoracic and lumbar sprain, pinched nerve, herniated disc, and mild scoliosis within about a 2 week period after my back went out several years ago. I never thought my back would be normal again. I literally tried everything – physical therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, electrotherapy, heat therapy – you name it, I’ve tried it. Nothing I tried gave me relief that lasted more than 24-48 hours UNTIL I found Melissa. I have been seeing Melissa for a year and a half now for maintenance therapy. I see her every 4-6 weeks to have a targeted, deep muscle massage. She always listens to my concerns and problem areas, but she can find them (and then some) on her own, which she is able to target and treat. Melissa has been my saving grace. At only 30 years old, I’m too young to have severe back problems. She provides excellent routine, maintenance therapy and has ultimately prevented my back from going out/flaring up again. I definitely recommend that you “help yourself” and go see Melissa. Don’t wait until you have a problem. Routine massage therapy does your body wonders.
