I had a facial appointment today and got stuck in traffic and then lost, so I was about 15 minutes late. I tried calling twice, and left a message, no answer, which was annoying because on the second call, I needed directions (google maps sends you to lazy boy furniture!!) and I wandered around the parking lot for quite a while. Anyways, I get in, and say why I’m here, and they’re already with another client. No big deal. I’m asked to take a seat. Again, I have lots of time, so not really a big deal. One of the ladies sees me eyeing the polish, and while I hadn’t planned on a Mani/pedi I decide to go for it. And then silence for an hour. At which point I left. If the lady who did the facials had told me she had two or three more clients who had appointments, I would have been happy to have returned. I would have been happy to have waited for her next appointment. None of this was communicated to me when I arrived, or at any point while I sat there reading my Kindle. Honestly, I found it faster to book another appointment at a much more professional location. I’m sure the ladies do great work, but the communication, or lack of communication was not acceptable to me.

1st time here the lady took off lef tegme there waiting to get manicure and was on d phone the whole time after waiting 30 min I left. Came back today thinking maybe she just had a bad day but when I came she asked wat I wanted so I said full set, she asked me again if I wan gel I said no just regular acrylic then for a 3rd time she asked if I wanted somethin else I said no just tag acrylic . So she continued to do my nails as reg manicure and I asked wat colors whr for reg acrylic and she got mad said u said u wanted just manicure u should’ve told me and I said I did tell you from the begining just regular acrylic then I said you need to pay attention to what the customer is asking for . Then I sapchated her doing my nails keep in mind is was only her hands and mine and she asked me all mad what was i doing if u took a picture i said no it’s a video of just our hands she said why u do that without asking me? I said I didnt know I had to ask your permission to snap but she just had attitude the whole time I was the most cheap but service sucked never coming back and I wouldn’t recommend this place!
