Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAmazing. Lee did my nails and is unbelievably talented. She also takes the time to be a perfectionist. I could not have had a better experience with my pedicure manicure and waxing. Been going to them since magical nails and I’ve never been disappointed. The atmosphere is calm yet fun and luxurious. Really makes your feel pampered. Gwen is wonderful and has been doing my moms nails forever and her nails are always STUNNING. Amazing. Lee did my nails and is unbelievably talented. She also takes the time to be a perfectionist. I could not have had a better experience with my pedicure manicure and waxing. Been going to them since magical nails and I’ve never been disappointed. The atmosphere is calm yet fun and luxurious. Really makes your feel pampered. I came in to treat myself for my birthday and received the worst acrylic set I’ve ever had. The gel pedicure was great and the polish looks really pretty but the set is awful. Every time my tech nicked my skin I would retract my hand and he would pull it back. All my nails are different lengths and thicknesses and two of my nails are crooked. I ended up paying $63 for the pedicure and $73 for the full acrylic set (no design). I asked my tech to fix the things wrong and he got an attitude with me. Then at the end of the set he said oh I can’t fix it if you don’t tell me what’s wrong. ($136 -$6 discount for paying cash $130 down the drain). I’m very disappointed.

I’ve been going to M Nails for years and have had consistently flawless eyebrow waxing and pedicures done, however, the quality of my nails has waxed and waned, truly depending on who did the service that day. Every 8/10 fills I get are great, but those other 2 always have me second guessing M Nails as a whole. I will say that I recently got this pink and black set by Peter, and it’s the best set I’ve ever had (and I’ve gone to multiple salons all over PA for years). The shape, the thickness, the application, everything about them, I’m obsessed. It’s a simple design and it’s been a few days, but I’ve already gotten countless compliments on them from coworkers, friends, even strangers at the grocery store. Peter was very kind and took his detail oriented time on both my pedicure and my fill, which I greatly appreciated. It’s days/services like this that keep me coming back here.

I go to M Nails every time I get a new set which is about twice a months and have had many of their techs work on my nails. There has been some hit or miss, but even at their worst they were better than anyone I went to before. But one of their nail techs named Shelly goes above and beyond to make sure she shapes and paints as perfectly as she possibly can! I always leave feeling amazing and proud to show off my new set when she does them. Never disappointed! This is the most recent set I’ve had done by Shelly

Appointments are easily available, salon is clean with a nice atmosphere, friendly staff BUT the nail tech did a TERRIBLE job on my nails! I can’t believe she didn’t realize how badly they looked! I wish I would’ve spoke up… hindsight!

I love that this place offers so many varieties and is set up to accommodate so many people! I live 40 miles away but don’t mind driving up to get the most beautiful colors on my acrylic nails! I recommend appts but they do take walk ins. Prices are in line with the demographic but you get a discount for paying with cash!

First time I visited this location. I liked the fact they’re located in the Mall, plenty of parking, access from outside and inside the Mall and they’re open on Sundays. Pleasantly greeted upon arrival. I had only scheduled a pedicure but asked if I could add on a manicure (picture from the day of, purple polish). They were able to accommodate the request. Everything was clean and organized. The staff was friendly and efficient and knew what they were doing. It was a busy morning but didn’t feel rushed or ignored. I opted for the gel polish and pleased to say 4 weeks later my toes are still in great shape (picture below is after four weeks). My nails would have been as well if I hadn’t played with them. Not once did the polish spill onto my fingers as with other places. Possible opportunities for improvement… Get to know customers by name and always thank them for their business on the way out. The prices are a bit more than other nail salons but it was very clean which in this day and age is important. Will be going back.
