I was greeted so warmly by Michelle I loved it instantly. Jason did my nails today and even helped me pick a color. I like the dip powder. He was so professional and friendly. He did a wonderful job. I got a mani-pedi that was awesome! I felt so pampered Even though I came in an hour before closing, Rose took her time and did a wonderful job. I never felt that she rushed to get me out of the door. Great service, beautiful nails, highly recommend!

M Nails was so good when Michelle owned it, but she does not anymore. And it shows. I never had a bad service until this past week when I went it to get my toes and dip manicure redone. My dip was so thick and chunky, it looked horrible. And then when I said something the woman’s attitude completely changed, and then she got up and started helping another customer before making sure that I was happy with my nails, which she knew I was not. I even stopped the lady doing my toes, paid, left a tip, and left. I called Michelle’s Nail and told them about the experience and that’s when they informed me that M Nails had been sold. It is not the same owner. So be aware. I had to go home and file and buff the ever-loving life out of the mountain of dip powder that was caked on my nails. Not a good salon anymore.

Rose is AMAZING! I love her work and I especially love her integrity. A customer came in with a young girl wanting long tips. Rose said it would be painful for a child and she doesn’t do that. The woman said other places have done it for them, to which Rose replied, “you can go there then. They only care about the money. Not about your child’s hands.” I will forever support a business like that!

I went to M nails on Friday. I have been there a few times before and it was nice. This last time I decided to treat myself a little got a deluxe pedicure. I walked in they said they had time so I sat down. Another lady walked in sat down next to me and me and her both waited for the two ladies to get done two the other two clients. It was only like 15 minutes or so and we were both being helped. A man walked in and had an appointment and I think one of the workers forgot.. she told him to sit down and she would get right to him. I was thinking I did not just say I wanted a $65 pedicure just for it to be rushed through. But sure enough it was. The lady next to me got a basic pedicure. Now mind you, we both sat down at the same time, I left while she was still getting a massage on her legs so the girl could help the guy that walked in with the appointment. Very disappointed. And wish I would’ve just done a basic pedicure. Or got the full treatment of the deluxe.
