Spent $50 on a rush pedicure. I called ahead to get rates and was told it would only be $30 for them. Got acrylics done and the nail tech was really rough with my nails, cuticles ended up bleeding after I left the salon after leaving a $20 tip. More conversation with other employees which led to miscommunication between us two. Other than that, my nails did come out nice, just not my desired length and hurt afterwards. Don’t think I’ll be going again.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was nervous about trying out a new nail salon after going to the same one for many years. It’s been awhile since I got my nails done and I tried to contact my usual place to go and they blew me off. So I went to m nails and I LOVE the way my nails turned out.She took her time and made sure my nails were even and looked good.I’m so glad I ended up there today and will definitely be returning in the future!Service: Acrylic nailsI was nervous about trying out a new nail salon after going to the same one for many years. I was so excited to use this very clean and modern salon after moving from Rochester,Mi. I have been back 2 times to have my nails redone and still had the same problem with the dip chipping and cracking and crumbling within days. Please use better quality dip like OPI and I will try it again bc it was clean and the staff was nice and understanding but there needs to be a change in the process with dip in my experience with dip and how long it should last. OPI and some of the higher quality products will keep your customers coming back. For now I am returning to Rochester for my Dip manicures.

Extremely rude, and very rushed job. No manners and pretends I wasn’t even in front of her speaking to them. Talked about me right in front of me complaining about me. Grinder off my nail polish instead of soaking off like they usually do. When asked to stop grinding off and to soak off she continued to grind off and told then finally decided to answer me and say of don’t worry it won’t damage my nail. I felt completely embarrassed. It’s not my fault the first time I went that the nail polish was poor quality. I wasn’t rude. She also mumbled to me that if I don’t like this company I should go down the street then…. Like what !?? I then responded “I’m sorry what !?” And she looked at me and replied “nothing” . It’s too bad they only are 1 min from my home. Because I won’t be going back . I totally agree with any other reviewer on here stating that it is poor quality job . And now I also agree unfortunately that they are rude too. I won’t be going back.

The receptionist/nail tech on Thursday 8/11 around 9:30 am was extremely rude. She started our conversation by firmly saying “Look were fully booked we can’t accept any walk ins today” before we could even speak. I watched three potential clients leave the business because of how rude she was. Usually come for somebody specific and she wasn’t there. Won’t ever be back after being discarded like that. She also refused to tell me her name.

Their prices are outrageous! $40 for a very rushed pedicure. I wish I would have read reviews before coming here because others mention how high their prices are. I usually go to a nail salon in Rochester where they massage you for 20min, do a hot stone treatment and take their time…they only charge $44 for that. To think I spent $40 today honestly makes me sick. I really was hoping to like this place…it’s 5 min from my house. The girls working were nice enough, and they have a lot of color options but they need to either reevaluate their pricing or take more time with their pedicures if they want to have a $40 price point for a pedicure. I don’t plan to return any time soon unfortunately.

Very nice nails but extremely expensive! Quoted $55 for gel nails and charged 65 to card! After they overcharged me, they did the exact same thing to a 16 year old! Nail art

I hate leaving a bad review but please do not go here if you do dip on your nails! I used to go to Star nails in Clarkston, they are so good, but it is hard to get an appt. I started going to M nails about 4 months ago due to proximity to my home and ease of getting in quickly because they are still fairly new and aren’t super busy. I do dip powder over my regular nails always. At Star nails they would wrap my nails in foil with acetone and scrap the dip off with minimal damage to my actual nails. When I started going to M nails they would soak my nails in a bowl of acetone and vigorously file the dip off. I noticed that due to the filing my nails were becoming very brittle and would chip SO easily. I asked the tech the last two times I went to please not file down my actual nails, she still proceeded to file my actual nails down, rather than soak and scrape the dip off. She always seemed to be in a hurry even though they weren’t busy at all. Now im in a situation where I have to go somewhere else and get acrylics due to the brittleness of my nails. Also, my dip would always literally chip the day after getting them done. They change their prices all the time too, at first it was $45 for the dip and the it has literally increased $5 everytime ive gone, with zero extra services. The last time I went it was the last straw, I was charged $60 and two of my nails broke just opening my car door. Please proceed with caution if you go here, its bad service and bad nails.
