My powder dip nails always look perfect and my eyelashes extension appointment today was also a wonderful experience. The lashes look absolutely stunning, awesome volume, lightweight and during service, I had no burning sensations or any other discomfort during the procedure. I love and trust this salon. I had been there multiple times already and always received excellent service. My powder dip nails always look perfect and my eyelashes extension appointment today was also a wonderful experience. Simon & Sarah make you feel comfortable and the staff is knowledgeable.There is a lot of bang for your buck; perfect dip manicures that last until it is time for your next manicure. They stay shiny and keep my nails so strong. They also offer an organic polish that is amazing that I use for my pedicure. It is worth the little extra $ because of it’s quality. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI found this place in Booksy it had 5 stars so I called to see if they had availability for myself and my step mom they did. We wanted eyebrow tint and eyelash tint for myself . Within minutes of her ( never got her name) putting the lash tint on to my eyes the first eye felt like it was on fire I asked her what was in it but she never answered not sure why but seconds later the other one starting burning and I kept saying my eyes are burning it took her a 1-2 minute to react to me sitting up asking to rinse my eyes out and I mean I thought I was going to be blind! She finally wiped off whatever she applied and I got relief in a few minutes. I declined the service after that because I was terrified but let her proceed to my eyebrows which were okay. After she told me it was her first time so that explained a lot. I went to cash out and paid for our eyebrows which cost 97! WE both got them waxed which I thought was included but whatever no comp or real apology for letting an inexperienced eyelash tech test on me and I’m terrified to even attempt to get an eyelash tint now. My moms eyebrows looked great, mine okay but it’s only been 3 days and the tint is almost gone in most places. I found this place in Booksy it had 5 stars so I called to see if they had availability for myself and my step mom they did. We wanted eyebrow tint and eyelash tint for myself .
