Under new management which recently moved from Wynn Nails (I followed them here and have been a client for over three years). All of the staff at M&M nails is exceptional and really trained at their craft. I appreciate how they take their time to make sure my nails look flawless; never feel rushed which I love. My sns nails normally last up to a month, so you definitely get your moneys worth. Also big fan of the SNS colors-up to date with the current trends. First and last time here. The owner did my nails and she was rude. I booked online and was given a price for my services. When I paid it was almost DOUBLE the price. I was told that they don’t use the online booking service anymore and offered no apologies for the cost difference. If she had been nice, I might have not cared as much but she did a lousy job on my nails and was a jerk. If I could, I’d give no stars.

I have been here a few times but last weekend was the last time I’ll go. I walked in with my daughter and it was clear in that moment we had walked into the middle of a dispute. As we walked in, one of the technicians closed and locked the door behind us. She proceeded to stand in front of it so a client could not leave. It took a minute to realize what was going on but they had cut the client’s toenail so badly it was bleeding. She wanted to leave. ( Who wouldn’t??) but they wanted a picture of her toe first and she refused. She offered to pay and they refused to accept it. She kept trying to get past the technician but she stood in her way blocking the already locked door. I finally said we were not staying hoping the client would follow us out. I had to insist three times that we were not staying and they unlocked and opened the door and as we left they continued to yell at the client calling her names and badgering her. The client did follow us out and I hope she reported everything. I did not get her name but if she is reading this, I called the sheriff’s department and left my name and contact info as a witness in case you need it.
