Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueEverything was good. The only problem was when the lady that done my butterfly Locs told me that she wouldn’t charge me for the extra hair. Everything was good. The only problem was when the lady that done my butterfly Locs told me that she wouldn’t charge me for the extra hair. She never did the extra hair and now my Locs are u raveling. I have called to see if they could fix this problem after Sox days but she told me she’d charge me. Why

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI called early Saturday morning to confirm a time for walk-ins. They said I could come anytime. I said noon. They said ok. Over the phone I was quoted one price, in person I was quoted another. I also waited TWO AND A HALF hours before anyone touched my head. I guess it was lunch time. Also, I was only getting my cornrows touched up in the front (half box braids/half cornrows). That took FOUR hours, on top of the wait time. I showed the Braider the styled I wanted. Simple inverted straight backs. She did her own style, which included a part dead center (which caused extreme hairline stress and hair loss). Also, she was braiding entirely too tight and I had to fight for my baby hair. I had to adjust her every other braid. I only kept the braids in for a week. I just wasn’t satisfied. To add insult to injury, I’m taking down my braids to discover a DISFIGURED HAIRLINE AND HAIR LOSS! She literally SNATCHED MY EDGES. Who knows if it’ll grow back in properly?!?!? PLEASE, be aware and vigilant if you choose to be serviced here. You might leave with a problem braids can’t fix. Terrible mistake me going here. I called early Saturday morning to confirm a time for walk-ins. They said I could come anytime. I said noon. They said ok. Over the phone I was quoted one price, in person I was quoted another.
