Critical: ProfessionalismThis lady, who ever it was who attended to me, had her teenage/young adult son in the shop at the time, and he felt like he had the need to tell his mother how to work on my hair. “¡No, no, no mama, asi no!” Over and over again, until she started listening to him and started messing up my hair. This lady, who ever it was who attended to me, had her teenage/young adult son in the shop at the time, and he felt like he had the need to tell his mother how to work on my hair. “¡No, no, no mama, asi no!” Over and over again, until she started listening to him and started messing up my hair.
