Critical: QualityMy daughter and I went there Sunday afternoon the lady who did my nails cut my thumb and left it bleeding. By Monday early afternoon my right index finger polish was peeling off. Went back to have it fixed, no problem. Well today my thumb nail on my right hand (the one she cut) is very sore and the polish has come completely off. For the $50+ dollars I was charged they should’ve done better work.Very disappointed in this place. My daughter and I went there Sunday afternoon the lady who did my nails cut my thumb and left it bleeding. By Monday early afternoon my right index finger polish was peeling off. Went back to have it fixed, no problem. Well today my thumb nail on my right hand (the one she cut) is very sore and the polish has come completely off. I grew up in this town, many years ago, like when I was in high school & shortly thereafter(younger adult years lol), this place had a reputation for being the best(course it was only one of a couple around this ever rapid growing town at the time), but they use to be the best w/ acrylics, painting etc. Idk what’s happening, perhaps different people, post-pandemic world, idk but I would never return after my last visit in which I had a full set of acrylic nails put on & I asked for almond shape. I understand sometimes the filing afterwards can get out of shape/hand if ur not careful but I had to have several fixes prior to leaving the salon as far as filing correctly into shape w/o looking like a horribly crooked mess but the nails were put on kinda crooked in first place, then the file fixing & lastly I had to return not once, but twice in the same several days b/c two of the nails popped off. Granted that can happen, not that soon, it was a complete hack job. Sorry guys, I don’t like to leave any negative reviews but this was beyond horrible.

I came here to get a manicure, and a pedicure. As soon as I was seated for the pedicure, I had two plastic baggies put on my hands, with the nail oil. Then I got the pedicure done, then 2 girls gave me my manicure, one on each hand. I was in there about 30 minutes, and they were done with me. The work they did was good. What I did not like was, there was no real relaxing, no enjoyment. I expect one person to do both, the manicure, and the pedicure. For what I have to pay, there should be more relaxing, and more enjoyment. Not the in and out treatment. That’s not what I’m paying for. I have not been back, nor will I go back. This review is based on my experience there. Please like and share.
