One request! Please work on automated system!!!!!! Cannot hear very soft and s l o w speaking person on tape. Frustrating and way too long. Just trying to cancel appointment to move to another day but had to listen to list of every employee to pick from before I could leave message, and I don’t know who I am booked with! Then picked one and that slow soft voice speaks again. It is enough to give up and go to another spa!
