My experience with the lady that did my mails was she was friendly. However,I did mention i wanted both mani and pedi matte yellow. As she is starting another foot, shes is telling me I need to pick another color as the color wasn’t going to be enough…had i known i would of gone with white pedi, yellow mani. ok.. i choose white.. however both feet and hand matte. Upon drying my pedi, the color was a shine. I kept asking if it was matte and she kept insisting it was. I was waiting for it to dry more to see if it would turn matte and never did…. My mani, took forever to dry being gel. After the amount of time I was in there, i walked out and when i go to show my bf how they came out after a minute of leaving the nail salon, we both were shook at how terrible they came out. I wanted to cry of how bad!!! If anyone zooms into pictures, its that terrible!!! Never again will i go even if it is my last resource. It looks like i just painted my nails with white out. I would of done a better job ♀️ my mani was 30$ and pedi $40. Never again.

I only go to mall nail salons if I’m short on time. I got my nails don’t Christmas eve and wanted them to last until new years eve for a wedding. This is my nails 3 days after I got them done. I should’ve known, someone else complained about how sloppy her nails looked as I was getting mine done. Not only did the gel start to come off but it was lumpy. I got mine done by the manager. Waste of money, now I have to go get my nails done again for the wedding. Idk how this salon is still in business. I would’ve given 0 stars if I could.

A technician did a gel manicure on my nails. During the time she had a bad attitude, I still tipped her. Within 2 days the gel polish started cracking. I went back and she was very rude telling me that I chipped my nails.

TERRIBLE! 0 stars ! I never ever give reviews but I had to this time. I went here one day because the place that I usually go with just classic nails were overbooked and I really needed my nails done so I found this place in the mall. At first I went to some man named Ten and he was excellent. My nails were shaped amazing and he did everything I asked for . I wanted to give it another shot with him but he was busy so I just went to anyone. I have no clue what this lady’s name was that did my nails but she was rushing so bad and I had no clue why because there was no one else there waiting. She started filing my nails so sloppy and filling them so sloppy , she even cut me . All of my nails were shaped differently and crooked. I also got foil on some of my nails for a design I wanted and she put that on high speed and painted over it and it was so sharp on my nails . I paid but I literally cried while walking away. My husband told me to go back and get it fixed but not any better . NEVER AGAIN !

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give zero stars I would. The guy who did my nails was incredibly rude, he was screaming at me when I asked if they had a specific color. He gave my husband dirty looks and when him and I decided to not continue our service the lady at the counter spoke with us with an attitude. While doing nails he hits your hands and is completely disrespectful. Just terrible.

Was there today with my Mother so disappointed. The woman that gave me a gel fill was terrible. I picked a pretty pink it looks like she ran out of color. Some nails look like they got bubbles. The edges of my nails don’t even have color. Never again.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI am not one to complain online but this was the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. They do not even deserve 1 star. I had gone there two weeks ago and my nails came out decent, at most. I had powder gel on my nails and the woman who sat me down started RIPPING the gel off my nails with a fake acrylic nail. To the point where she took off a chunk of my nail and began bleeding (Seen in photo). I told her multiple times she was hurting me but acted as if she did not understand me. I asked her if she could soak of my nails instead and completely ignored me. My nails were almond shaped but I asked if she could make them square without cutting my nails too much… she completely chopped off my nails. I don’t even know what shape they are now. Once she was done I asked if she could buff the top of my nail to give them more of a “nail” looking shape instead of flat. She told me “no” and that “my nails can’t have that”. (If she understood that she clearly understood when I was telling her she was hurting me). I told her the man that did my nails there two weeks prior had done that to my nails and she responded with “then next time go to him”. Rude. Sloppy. I am not one to complain online but this was the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. They do not even deserve 1 star. I had gone there two weeks ago and my nails came out decent, at most. I had powder gel on my nails and the woman who sat me down started RIPPING the gel off my nails with a fake acrylic nail. I went June 10, 2022 for my manicure Gel color they only guy working there he was so rude, Unbelievable he was so rude , I have to ask another girl work there finish my nails I was in pain and the guys talk to me back like bad attitude I’m really not happy and definitely don’t come back anymore. This place don’t deserve stars, horrible attention no good for business

I got a dip powder manicure and the lady was filing my nails with a very thick grit on high speed and burned my nails so bad. I said “ow” and pulled my hand away from her and she LAUGHED. After doing the dip she didn’t shape my nails so they have absolutely no shape and look like a 6 year old did them. She also used a large file to “remove” my cuticle and it’s all cut up and sore. She left dip powder residue on my nails. Overall she spent 15 minutes doing my nails when normally it should take 30 to.do it well. If I could give this place zero stars I would.
