Excellent work. Since I have nail-in problems and after reading a few bad reviews I was skeptic before I came first time. Critical: ValueHad a gel manicure and pedicure done on Sunday. On Monday, 3 nails chipped. Returned to salon on Monday to get it fixed, the salon was closed. Went on Thursday after work, I was met with an attitude and very poor service. I searched for a long time for my nail tech Marvin and finally found him. I cannot tell you the level of disappointment I felt when I received such lousy service from him with a demeaning attitude; You would think I asked him to do my nails for free with the rudeness I was receiving from him. I was going to him for years ever since he was in the mall and he WAS sooo amazing. Now that he has his own shop; his work is just as weak as these other poor quality nail places in my area. I would have been so embarrassed if I bought a friend along to get their nails done and witness how he behaved on my last visit; I raved about him for years and his last place of business refuse to tell me where he was because they wanted to take his loyal clients. This shop opens at odd times and whenever I pass, the shop is closed; really regret giving so much praise and business to an individual that treated me like a sack of of dead rats during my last visit.

They used to be good. Now all you get is a foot wash for 25$. If you’re getting a regular mani pedi, they will do a lousy job to get you out of the way for the next customer who might do gel. It’s like if you’re not going to do gel they don’t treat you as good. I had the young Asian girl do my mani and pedi tipped her well and she couldn’t even put tissue between my toes so that the fresh polish on my toes don’t rub against each other. It’s a shame too because I’m new to the neighborhood and am a loyal customer when treated good. Never coming here again.
