I met Jade months ago, I was a walk in. She was very nice and accommodating. She ask me to wait half an hour and within an hour I was out the door. I book every 2 weeks for her to continue to keep my hair manageable. I have salons closer to where I live, I choose to drive an hour for Jade’s service and beautiful vibe.

It’s been years since I’ve gotten my hair braided so I was really nervous on how it would turn out. Jade and another lovely woman she worked with did such a phenomenal job with my hair. They made sure I was comfortable and were extremely nice as well as professional. All thanks to them I had a great experience at the shop and my hair looks and feels great. Jade gave me cornrows, I asked for the ones that Bow Wow had in Johnson Family Vacation but she gave me some Da Brat braids and charged me $500 for them. When I got home my scalp was completely red and blistered and I passed out from the pain. I will never recommend this shop even to my worst enemy. I am a disabled veteran and blind in one eye and require a walking dog and she tried to give me a $20 instead of a $50 back to test my eye. She also got into a verbal altercation with another client about her hair coming out. very disappointed.
