Critical: ValueThe only thing I will say is they are genuinely really sweet women that work there. But, besides that, I paid 105 to get my nails done excluding tip and my nails did not come out anywhere near what I expected :/ One of my nails is completely crooked and although the woman attending me was very nice, she did not do a great job at the marble design I asked for… Also, I asked for a very square shape and the square came out somewhat rounded? which also disappointed me a lot. I wish I could’ve liked them because they offer great service in terms of how nice and friendly they are to be around. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went in as a new client and not knowing what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the staff and the professionalism. I had a Keratin treatment, done by Omar, and it was great! Omar was meticulous and took his time to make sure that the process was applied evenly and correctly. M&I chic has the best products and prices. They are so professional,attentive and friendly.
