Hunter was awesome about doing my undercut. Loved the atmosphere, they were super kind to me and towards my service dog. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Mrs. Michelle was amazing with my extensions:) they are just sweet amazing people!!!

Came in on saturday 08/10 (today is 08/12) to get extensions done my hair is short about an inch below my chin. I had checked the reviews for this salon and even checked their instagram all the extensions done on girls with shorter hair(Pixies) than mine had gotten extensions and they looked absolutely beautiful so I thought to myself they look like they know what they are doing. I was wrong I texted through instagram to let them know what I wanted after setting up my appointment they said some colors would be more expensive so I decided to go with a ombré with black roots and a dark brown when I showed up to my appointment I was told that could not be done no explanation on why just was told no then I was asked how much I was told the price would be I said $250 (that’s what I was told) she said ok so I get my extensions done during the process I was never asked or shown what it was looking like after 2 hours she was done and as I was about to feel the extensions I get told not to touch which I was ok with because she wanted to take pictures. This was my second time getting extensions first time (not through this salon) was horrible experience anyways I honestly did not know what to expect or how it was supposed to look so I pay and leave and yesterday I washed my hair and dried it and you can clearly see where my hair is there is a blunt line of my own hair no blending was made and on the sides there was no hair added so you can clearly see where the extensions stop. It looks like a Mullet. I contacted them today to get it fixed and was told to add hair and fix it would be $60 extra per bundle which in one of her text says I needed 2 to 3 more bundles to get the result I wanted (REALLY) and the “promotion” that day only covered a certain amount of hair (NEVER was I told it was a “promotion” and that it only covered certain amount of hair) even if I was told that as a professional you are required to let your client know what’s going on and if the style or hair goes with them and it’s up to the client to decide to go with it or change their minds If she would of said there is a promotion and only covers this much of hair and it won’t look good and you because of how short your hair is you will need more hair I would definitely paid for more hair but NOPE she never said anything and now that I want it fixed they want me to pay MORE I live in Magna so that is about 45 min drive one way. I am very disappointed in their service, attitude and not willing to fix their mistake. I was texting the owner and she seemed to careless what was going on. I am now having to pay at another salon to get their mistakes fixed. If you go here make sure you get what you ask for DO NOT LEAVE without checking and making sure you are COMPLETELY SATISFIED. I will never again come to this salon nor will I recommend it.

They were nice and it was a cute shop, but they didn’t ask me what size I wanted my braids or how long I wanted them. I walked away with giant braids that really don’t suite my face or style. I just wish they were a little more interested in what I wanted instead of what they wanted to do….

Critical: QualityI had received a wig installation and a lace front. My wig came off the next day and the lace front was not properly cut which caused my forehead and side burns to break out.

Wonderful place. I have been there and they do great work hair extensions. Braids. They sell Indi Remi hair for your extension and Wigs. They also are one of the few places that can get you 24″ hair I love this Salon
