I went to this shop last night to get my hair braided and my experience was terrible. The owner, well I guess she’s the owner. The Lady the takes the call’s and give you the prices was highly unprofessional. She was very rough and had no consideration for my time. She stayed on her phone consistently and not for business purposes. She appeared to have a very nasty altitude. I did send her a text and she never responded. I run a small business and if I had received a text from a Customer explaining a bad experience, I would have reached out to the Customer to apologize for their bad experience. How can you own a business and be so unprofessional and nasty. Although my hair turned out right, it doesn’t make up for the Customer Service that I received. I can go elsewhere and get my hair done right and receive good Customer Service. I don’t continue to spend my money somewhere with bad Customer Service skills.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother went and got her hair braided at this establishment. This was her first time going to a shop and for it to be her first experience it was horrible. My sister thought that she would do something nice for her because her Birthday is coming soon. However, the lady that braided her hair was constantly complaining. Asked my mother why would she get the hair she brought. Told her it was cutting her hands. Then had the nerve to say she cant wait until she goes to her second job. I am sure if she is not professional at this job she is not at the other. People work to hard to pay the amount of money this business is asking for, then have to sit and listen to the person that is suppose to be providing excellent customer service talk nonsense the whole time. My mom had to turn her music on on her phone because she was so irritated and annoyed because she was tired of hearing the women blabber. One of the problems is “WE” keep going to these places and spending money and not saying anything about how we are treated when it is not the service that is expected. Also, this is not the only shop that braids hair. One thing I dont do is support bad unprofessional businesses. I am so sorry my mother had to endure this. I will never send anyone here. The management needs to give some money back and address the issue. It was terrible. No excuses. Totally uncaused for.

I have been a long customer for 4 years each visit paying over $300 or more for braids I recently paid $500 for exra long small braids they made me pay for my own hair since they said my hair was long they had to go to the store amd buy it normally hair is included ok cool …… however they brought the wrong hair 2 different lengths in my head braids uneven 2 different brands i ask to just cut the braids out before she finished my hair she said NO she would not give me my money back no to mention the person I requested was not aware of the appointment at all! All Sophie care about is MONEY MONEY MoNEY. And they offered to just do my hair again at a discounted price I am completely done with this braiding shop and yes they tried to fix my hair and could not they cut the braids so much some of them and short some are long not to mention they ask for the money before they finish. My hair should have been flawless

This is the restroom for their customers to use it’s very disgusting not clean and made me feel very uncomfortable especially after all the money I spent on my hair and this is the bathroom they offer me to use like wow and I want everyone to see this so they will not use it I expected better from them and this what I get in return a unsanitary restroom for their customers to use

HORRIBLE!!!!!. Please believe the Reviews and go elsewhere. Sophie pressured me to pay her before services was done. My daughter hair looked horrible. I stopped her once I seen how the braids looked. Hair sticking out of the box braids and she refused to give me my money back or at least half. Blamed my daughter for not “sitting still” but before I said the braids were a mess she claimed she was “doing so good sitting still”. Wouldn’t stay off the phone to finish the braids. Overall service just horrible. Please go elsewhere

I went to this shop around 5:30pm. Got out around 11:30pm. I wanted my natural hair twisted but I wasn’t comfortable paying 140 for that so I decided to get nubian twist. I love my hair ! Reading the reviews before I went had me scared . But it was a good thing I tried for myself.

Sophie the owner is very unprofessional she stays on the phone all day takes a long time to finish your hair then she rushes her sister do not know how to do hair Stephanie is the only good braider there call to ask for her before going to the shop they don’t understand people work hard for there money If I could give zero stars I would bad experience never going back
