I felt totally comfortable asking questions and his responses were always helpful. I felt totally comfortable asking questions and his responses were always helpful. His staff is very nice yet very professional and the facility is also very nice – charming, spa-like, and yet clearly a medical facility. Dr. Andy injected filler under my eyes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS! Tyndall developed immediately ( a blue hue under my eyes). Dr. Andy prescribed 2 different rounds of steroids but it didn’t help. For 3 years, I bought every concealer on the market to cover it up. It only started to get better once some of the filler began to dissolve but that’s when the BIGGER ISSUE PRESENTED ITSELF. Once the filler started to dissolve, I noticed EXTRA SAGGY SKIN under my eyes and also WEIRD ENLARGED SWELLINGS at the top of my cheeks/bottom of my eyes. I also have pain under my left eye and the eye itself is significantly more sensitive to light and air. After 6 SURGICAL CONSULTS and a lot of research, I was DIAGNOSED WITH FESTOONS, caused by filler. The remaining filler will be dissolved and surgically removed, I will have festoon surgery, a lower bleph and laser to rectify my horrendous appearance on Nov 15, 2022. My confidence has decreased significantly and I hide behind my glasses, social media filters and stay home. My personal life has suffered as a result of the way that I feel about myself. My work has also suffered because of my lack of confidence.
