I went to get large knotless braids. I have a undercut so I thought that it wouldn’t take any longer than four /5 hours I got there at 9:30 which was the time she told me to come.they didn’t get started in till 10 AM. the young lady did one braid and then went to attend to her baby. Then she did a bout maybe 15 to 20 braids. the mother who runs the shop came over looked at the braids said some thing and then she started on my head and a young lady came and took all of the 20 braids that the young lady with the baby just put in . I asked for a side part I got a middle part I paid $180 and I don’t think the length is worth the 180 on top of them starting 30 minutes late and taking out at least 20 braids and having to redo them . If the young lady with the baby cannot braid hair they should not have her in the shop that wasted at least another hour or two of my time. I told them to leave my edges out so you will see that on the photo. On top of that I feel like my hair looks like a teenage kid did it it is not neat for it to be African braiding it’s big the parts are too big I forgot to mention that they used pump it up spritz on my braids, maybe that’s something new but I didn’t want sticky hard braids. I would not recommend!

They did not finish my hair properly, I had a lot of access hair just hanging,, 180 for my butterfly locs looks like a teenager did it, I will not recommend this place to no one at all & I respectfully ask for one of the stylist to put on a mask after sniffing and sneezing they did not do so.. Lilly is a sweetheart. The girl that braided me actually listened to me about not grabbing my edges and each time I felt the braid too tight she loosened her grip and voila! I had no headache and my braids looked great.

The lady who done my husband’s hair did an excellent job! However the establishment doesn’t look anything like the picture. Both ladies were awesome and if they can’t answer the phone they will call you right back! Easy to get an appointment

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThe hair is great! But the professionalism is non existent. We had booked for Sunday (August 1) on Friday (July 30) and even confirmed on call and through text. We show up at 8:30am (opens at 9:00am) and waited for the owner. She arrives and we ask her when her daughter will be coming, she tells us her daughter is coming from the airport. So we wait 20 minutes, then she tells us the daughter has car troubles and won’t be able to do our hair today. We come at 10:20am the next day (we booked for 10 am) and the owner tells us her daughter is pregnant and at the hospital. When we speak to the daughter over the phone she tells us to come back at 1pm. Neither of them apologize for wasting our time. I was recommended this place and the first time the hair was beautiful.
