Their customer service was terrible and it was my first time in the shop and they wanted to charge me extra for braiding my natural hair before crocheting the soft locks I bought. They also wanted to charge extra for possibly washing my hair as well. Though my hair turned out fine, the experience wasn’t the greatest. The two other stylists also openly admitted that they didn’t have cosmetology licenses. Don’t go here.

Mama is the best in town!!! She washed my hair, conditioned and braided. She is the sweetest person I know and also I have been coming to her for the past year. Please DO NOT BELIEVE the bad reviews because they have her mixed up with the other shop.. The people are jealous because she is cheaper and does a good job!!! I love her Braids, Box Braids

They customer service is horrible! I went to get knotless’ It started with 2 ladies started doing my hair after half my hair was finish she asked can I pay! Which I did! From that point one of the ladies stop doing my hair and proceeded to leave the shop! So that only left one lady in my head! She started the braids and wanted some young girls that hangs around the shop as they helpers to finish my ends! I was very disappointed in my hair and service! I paid them to half do my hair! I will never go back to them they are the worst in town!

Customer service is horrible. Made an appointment 5 days before the appointment and the braider never showed up. Also she had 2 other people waiting on her…she never showed up.…but I won’t go back I found a better shop 10 minutes away.

This place has really gone down. Customer service is HORRIBLE. The braiders are young and GHETTO. My hair didn’t last long at all. My hair was a week old and it looked like it has been up for months. Two other young ladies came in to help braid down and they were aslo GHETTO and not clean.
