Critical: ProfessionalismThis review is about one person. Andre. I walked in and asked for a pedicure & gel manicure. The young man upfront says “ acrylics?” And I said no. He told me to wait an hour. After an hour I get my manicure done. I then go ask about my pedicure and he says “ you never asked for one ”. I was obviously confused since I had asked for one but mostly shocked at his attitude towards me. I reminded him of the exact words that we exchanged to which he responds “ you never asked for a pedicure, if you’d said it I’d remember”. I was absolutely flabbergasted at his tone and his rudeness. I still managed to remain calm and settled for a polish change since I at least wanted my nails to match. He escorts me to the back with an attitude where the same lady does my polish change. As I walk out into the bright lights I immediately notice my nails are not the same color. I have red orange toenails and neon pink finger nails. I showed him and asked how that was possible. He said if I really wanted to I could have them re done but at that point I was so frustrated I wanted to leave thinking I would eventually not notice. Upon coming home and looking at them I notice my fingernails have now started to develop white and black spots. That was it. I called and the same arrogant guy picks up. I told him it had been an awful experience from start to end and my nails looked awful and were completely different colors. He seemed like he could care less and said “ so what do you want a refund?” Then I asked him for his name and he panicked. He said “ why do you want my name ?!” I explained that usually people ask for names to know who it was handled by. He reluctantly said his name was Andre. I thought it was over until He called me back!!!! He actually called me back to ask if I was planning on writing a review saying he offered me a refund hoping I wouldn’t write a review! Then he said if I was planning on writing a review he wouldn’t refund me. He then proceeds to ARGUE with me about what he said and what he meant and by then I was done , I repeated verbatim all that had happened that day and told him it was way to late for apologies and was not interested in arguing with him any longer. Fun fact, apparently he was the manager that day. I have come here many many times over a span of many years and this is the first time anyone has been anything less then absolutely courteous and kind. This boy needs an attitude adjustment and apparently needs to be told that calling back customers to threaten them is probably not protocol. Andre , please learn some manners and go get a job elsewhere where your condescending arrogant attitude is more suited.
