First time in a long time getting acrylic nails, got me in and was quoted $80 ($20 of which was for ombré), which i was fine with paying! I spent 2.5 hours in there and while getting them done was told “they might not look exactly like the photo I showed, but they’ll do their best”. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars (which I feel is pretty generous at this point) is that They were friendly and the nail shape was pretty good, but that’s honestly the only positives I can share about my experience. Not sure if it’s the entire shop, or just the man who did my nails but hygiene standards were lacking (same gloves worn from the client before me, same files, and dropped file on the floor and continued to use it), as well as the lack of knowledge on knowing how to do ombré. I ended up with around 5-6 coats of gel polish on top of the acrylic which made them super thick, and the guy redid 2 of the nails. Had I known he had no idea how to do them, I would have just stuck with a plain block color. An older woman who worked there came over and was speaking to him in Chinese shaking her head at him after looking at my nails and showed me Hers (similar to what I actually wanted), and when I said that’s what I wanted I was told “no, that’s something different, we can’t do that, sorry”. I’m not one to deal well with confrontation so I just accepted my loss but honestly felt ripped off paying the amount I did for such poor quality. As well as all of this, I noticed later that day that 4 nails looked as though they already needed infills. And the following day a nail on my left hand had already started to lift. Within 48 hours I went to a different salon and had them fixed, but upon entering and showing them the mess that my nails had been left in, they looked absolutely horrified thinking it had been done at their salon and not MCM. I highly recommend going elsewhere and not here.

Clean, efficient. Cant beat the price.Only complaint is that the staff talks amongst themselves. Trying to relax, but they are all always yapping… find it rude and uncomfortable. Still giving 5 stars because they are a great salon. Just stop talking and let your clients relax. Dip powder, Foot massages, Pedicure, Manicure

Horrible service. The girl was super fast and kept talking to a co worker while working on my nails. I walked out with bubbles and white marks on my nails and they said it’s powder and we can’t do anything about it, it’s the manufacturer. I just wasted my money. 1st time to that place and definitely last. Please don’t use them and waste your money. In 2 days my nail polish is chipping.
