Shout out my sons barber Diana! She always does a great job with him. He’s only 4 years old and since his first cut with her she’s always made him feel welcomed and safe. It was important for me that he enjoyed the process of getting his hair cut especially at his age. Diana always greets him with a huge smile asking him how he’s doing and if he’s ready for his cut. He’s always happy from the time my son sits in the chair to the time we leave. She’s very patient with him, allows him to help (holding hair pins) takes small breaks if needed and talks with him through the entire process. If you have a little one who gets anxious or struggles getting haircuts, give her a shot before you give up. She is absolutely the best. Nate and I thank you so much. See you soon.

Went to M.Boss looking to upgrade from my regular sports clips experience as all haircuts are $25+ nowadays. I was pleasantly surprised, and received even better treatment than expected. Starting when I walked through the door, the receptionist (Caitlin) made me feel like a regular. I got to pick a nice seltzer from their fridge, and had a nice conversation before my appointment started. My stylist Diana gave me a great haircut, and took the extra time required to ensure I was satisfied (I’m a little picky). Highly recommend!

I have been going to M Boss for over 5 years now and I have never been happier with the service, friendly environment, and amazing staff. Everyone at M Boss are extremely talented and amazingly friendly. I’ve been getting my haircut by Sam Thai for the past 5 years and she has always exceeded my expectations. I’ve always left the shop as a very satisfied customer. They are also the best to talk and listen to your rants when you’re there. I feel like I’m with my family when I’m there! Hands down the best in the game!!

Unfortunately my experience isn’t as good as I’ve seen on google. Considering I am a new customer, I called the M.Boss Barber and Salon on Tuesday (August 9th, 2022) asking if they have any available openings on that week after 4.30pm, as their website and google states that they close at 7pm. The person on the phone said they have a 4.15pm availability on Wednesday, and I said that was fine since I will be on time. As I arrived to the barber shop, a person at the front desk informed me that my appointment was supposedly at 4pm but since I arrived at 4.15pm, they were not able to provide me service. Which confused me as the person I talked to yesterday said 4.15pm and I confirmed this time and date again on the phone before I ended the call. The person at the front desk told me that their system showed my appointment at 4pm and the barber has left for the day.

I absolutely love M.Boss. The atmosphere of the whole shop is great and the staff is friendly and knows what they’re doing. I’ve never walked out dissatisfied in the years I’ve been going. Jerica always does a great job and always knows just what to do with my hair, even when I’m not entirely sure of what I want when I come in. I highly recommend!
