I was greeted right when I walked into M Beauty by Dr. Tess and offered tea, coffee and water. The waiting room doesn’t feel like a doctors office, more like a spa or someone’s living room with comfortable couches and chairs spaced around a coffee table. Procedure brochures and informative pamphlets can be read directly or explained via video interface. All of the employees treat you like a person, not a patient or number. Dr. Tess herself was very easy to interact with and I feel like she listened to my personal needs so my experience was tailored just for me.

At that time, I met her and Angela Mauricio, RN, I immediately thought, these girls are going to be famous!
