My husband has gone to Gary for haircuts for years. After I lost my hair to breast cancer, I started having Gary do my hair too since I keep it short now.Gary is fun, professional and uses old school clippers and scissors. We love him and his prices can’t be beat!

Now I have had hair cuts with many fine businesses, but I am a bit old fashioned in that I prefer a barbershop over a hair salon. This is a barbershop. The conversation included football, my mentee’s homecoming event, and my mentee’s girlfriend in joyful young love. The cut was pleasing and, due to chronicly low prices, I usually tip well, but the barber did not let my mentee pay for his cut. Called it a “gift for my mentee’s date/dance event.” Hard to not sing the praise of a barbershop this kind and traditional. Thank you!

Excellent haircut and only $7. Straight razor clean up of the neck line and around the ears. Vacuum pickup of the little hairs/trimmings; could have went to work right after. I’ve had more expensive barbers but none better.

Okay he is the only barber in houlton that I know of nonetheless he gives exactly the haircut you asked for He’s really great to talk to and you very seldom have to wait in the long line. And for me two people’s a long line.
