I have nothing but good things to say about the lovely people who work at MET. My two best friends and I spontaneously decided to get haircuts and they gave us all an appointment on the same day. When we arrived they gave us a warm welcome offering us water and coffee. They did such a good job making us comfortable. Jim washed, cut, and styled my hair and I haven’t been more than satisfied with a haircut in a very long time. I am so obsessed with my hair now. He also taught me so much about styling my hair and was more than happy to answer all my questions. He showed me all the products he used and the specific straightener/curling irons he recommended. I had such an amazing experience here. I will definitely be coming back !!! 🙂

A hidden gem in East Meadow. I took a chance going to MET Salon for my daughters haircut. She had very long straight thick hair -one length. We showed a picture to Ken and he did an amazing job. It came out better than the picture. Did lots of layers and it falls perfect. My daughter loves it. We will definitely be going back. Here are pictures of the back of her head – before and after.

This was my first time here and all I can say is WOW! Ken cut my hair and it’s the best cut I’ve had in a very long time. And the blow out and styling were awesome! With every other salon I would leave and have to run home to fix the blow out. Not with Ken. When I left I was super happy with how it looked. And they are very reasonably priced and everyone was very nice and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend!

I choose Met Salon for my daughter to get a haircut based on all the good reviews and was glad I took her here. My daughter had a particular look in mind (wolf style hair cut) and Jim delivered. He took his time, communicated with her throughout the cut and styled it very much like the picture we showed him. My daughter left very happy. I saw the other stylist doing balayage on another client and was very impressed with how her hair turned out. We definitely plan to come back.

Made an appointment here because I needed a refresh and it came out so good! Jim did my haircut and did exactly what I asked for, and showed me how to style my hair. I had really long, a little thick hair and he was able to thin it out to my liking. My aunt and mom have been here as well and both loved the outcome of their hair! Definitely my new go to hair salon.
