I asked to have my hair cut by a specific person that was there and they still gave me someone else, while the person I asked for sat around and drank coffee. The blowdry was so bad I had to go home and fix it myself, but still payed for it. Even if you don’t get a wash they still charge the same. And my haircut doesn’t resemble the bob that I asked even the next day after the blow dry effects dissapeared.
