LZ Nails

Critical: ProfessionalismI have gone here for a few years now and the quality of my nails was always spot on. Unfortunately I went right after Thanksgiving for a fill and when they filed the gel polish off I noticed my left thumb nail was dark and had not been that way two weeks before. I was concerned but the gentleman doing my nails ignored the issue and continued with the appointment. I ended up going somewhere else a week later and having them removed. Moisture had gotten under the acrylic and I had a fungus on that nail. It should have been addressed the day I was here getting my nails filled. I’ve never experienced an issue before and it wouldn’t have been as bad if the acrylic was removed from the nail that day and cleaned properly. I did not that he kept looking at it and seemed to be talking with the other techs about it but they did nothing. It cost me more to go somewhere else to have it taken care. The other issue is that the drill and attachments used on my nails were not cleaned or replaced once my appoint was done. I have gone here for a few years now and the quality of my nails was always spot on. Unfortunately I went right after Thanksgiving for a fill and when they filed the gel polish off I noticed my left thumb nail was dark and had not been that way two weeks before. I was concerned but the gentleman doing my nails ignored the issue and continued with the appointment. I ended up going somewhere else a week later and having them removed. Moved into town a year ago and just realized I can get my nails done down the street here. I wasn’t sure how this small town nail salon would be. It isn’t one of the most fancy looking places, but they were clean and skilled which is all I need at the end of the day. Happy with my gel set and pedicure. Super reasonably priced. A++. Will definitely use them again!

I woke up the next morning with an infection in BOTH of my big toes. Being pregnant, I had to go straight to immediate care and get on an antibiotic. I would not recommend LZ nails due to their lack of cleanliness. They do a good job; however I will never be returning. At my last visit I got a pedicure.
