When on 12/1/22 for my bday nails came out wrong in all over the nails they need more practice and patience’s told them what I wanted and came out looking like baby shower colors and only been a couple of days today is 12/4 /22 and 2 nails fell off like nothing will not ever go back to this place smh Acrylic nails

If I could leave no stars I definitely would. Came in for a pedicure, and got the most expensive pedicure and they finished in like 10 mins. Didn’t do anything pretty much but throw all sorts of scrubs and lotions on. I pay half the price at Walmart and get the works, hot towels, massage, my feet scrubbed and my toenail cuticles and nails cleaned, clipped, and even checked for ingrowns. This was just NOT it. So disappointed and $65 down the drain. Also the workers do not use new tools, I’m so use to them unwrapping new tools everytime I have gotten my feet done and this was not the case. Not to mention the man who did my pedicure came inside from a smoke break and didn’t even wash his hands before starting. This was just the most AWFUL experience I’ve had.

I would recommend this place if you are doing basic nails . I went in for a fill and prices are super high I was charged $40 and also I asked to have a simple butterfly painted and they didn’t know how to do that . Fills are usually $15 or $20 but $40 with no nail art is way too much . Nail art, Manicure, Nail designs

They burnt my eye lids. I went back twice to talk to them and both times they didn’t have time to talk to me. Never apologized or offered to refund the $10. Waxing

My first time going i absolutely loved it i got my nails done and i had a guy named Kevin that took care of me and he was amazing. He took 2 hrs doing my nails but worth it. So i went back and he wasnt there so i got someone else and he was nice but didn’t do near as nice as Kevin. But anyways the last time i went i took my mom and grandma for mothers day and we got there before the rush and once the rush came in my guy rushed with my nails. Didn’t paint them fully amd i only had them for couple days and it already looks like i had them for weeks. I dont think Kevin works there anymore bc i never saw him again and its always the same ppl.

i had an appointment for 11 am i got there 10 min early and they didn’t show up until 12:15pm. At first i was upset but as soon as Lilly starts working on my nails she makes good conversation and is gentle with me and continually makes sure I’m satisfied with her work. she did an amazing job on my nails i was so in love. you must go here, i live 45 min away and i still would rather go here than anywhere else 5 min away.

I really liked my full set of nails. I had gel nails removed and replaced with a set of acrylics. The place is clean, the gentleman who serviced me was very thorough and skilled. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was he was quiet, no conversation whatsoever, maybe it’s a language barrier, but I didn’t get to know anything about him for spending almost 2 hours in front of him, bummer. But aside from that I will definitely return. I really like the convenience and flexibility for scheduling appointments.
