Critical: ProfessionalismI don’t like to leave bad reviews but people need to be warned about this place. False advertisement! My dad made an appointment for me for today at 3pm. I came at 2:45pm and the lady told me that my dad came yesterday to book me but she doesn’t take appointments. Told me to wait 30 minutes because there’s one person ahead of me. I thought this was weird but sat down and waited anyways. I called my dad and he was surprised. Why would they put on their sign “appointments and walk ins” if they *don’t take appointments*?I waited 15 mins then stepped out to buy a drink in the supermarket. She had taken the guy in front of me so I’d be next. I came back 5 min later and there was a new customer waiting. She told me that I lost my spot because I left. What? She was still working on the guy in front of me. Are customers just that disposable?I can’t speak for their haircuts but the attitude leaves a lot to be desired. There is only one lady working there. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but people need to be warned about this place. False advertisement! My dad made an appointment for me for today at 3pm. I came at 2:45pm and the lady told me that my dad came yesterday to book me but she doesn’t take appointments. Told me to wait 30 minutes because there’s one person ahead of me. Positive: Cleanliness, QualityI love my hair and the owner was really nice. The place was calming too eventhough its inside of a grocery store. I told the her what I wanted and she was also calm about me telling her what I wanted to fix while she was cutting my hair. The shampoo smelled nice too

After I asked a couple times for her to shorten the top she agreed but was unhappy to do it. In the end she gave me the Kim Jong Un haircut (she did not show me how the back looked inside the shop). Maybe she doesn’t know how to cut men’s hair or maybe it was an off day for her. The lady there first was planning to use just the machine on the sides and not actually cut any of my hair. After I asked a couple times for her to shorten the top she agreed but was unhappy to do it. In the end she gave me the Kim Jong Un haircut (she did not show me how the back looked inside the shop). Maybe she doesn’t know how to cut men’s hair or maybe it was an off day for her. She seemed to do a good job on the customer before me.

I had a good experience with the stylist, she is pleasent and nice to talk to. I explained as well as showed what cut I would like and it took about 30 minutes to finish it. Aesthetic of the place is cute, lady who gave me a cut speaks Korean, so if you study and want to practice it, go ahead! This salon offers walk-in appointments, and currently they don’t take appointments by time because it’s most of the time a busy place. I had a good experience with the stylist, she is pleasent and nice to talk to. I explained as well as showed what cut I would like and it took about 30 minutes to finish it.
