Terrible experience- it should not take nearly 30 minutes to take off shellac. The male nail tech I had did not know what he was doing. I was trying to be patient and give him the benefit of the doubt and when he started shaping my nails, they were filed all jagged and sharp and the shellac was STILL not all the way off, he was just going to leave it. He was about to put polish on and I politely said I was going to skip the polish and the rest of the manicure because I had to get going, they charged me for the full manicure even after I explained my issues. Update: I’ve been coming here for a few months and the quality has gone down and the price went up. Charging 65 for shellac manicure on my real nails and couldn’t even get what I wanted. They were rude from the second I stepped in for my APPOINTMENT. Brought my 5 year old for her appointment aswell and they did not let us sit together, they brought her behind a wall to be alone which was weird and she was scared. They did not listen nor do her simple two color pattern design.The woman working on me was very rude and her hands were very shaky I wanted white shellac polish in which she yelled at me for 3 minutes straight trying to understand what i simply wanted and she did not seal my right hand after and rushed me to the foot station, I had mentioned she did not seal my nails as they were tacky and sticky, she fought me and said I don’t know what I’m taking about. After awhile she realized she was wrong and fixed it with much attitude. I posted a pic of my toenails that she did because just like what even is that? My 5 year old could have done better. Also when my daughter was done they just left her alone in the back room with nothing and no idea how long she had to sit or why she wasn’t being returned to me or let alone shown how to use the back massager chair so she wasn’t so alone and bored, she was not even in the drying station. Every second was awful and I would never ever go back! Not sure why any reviews say this place is clean. They do not sanitize any of their tools. Workers ran around exchanging dirty used tools. I watched a lady clip a clients toe nails with clippers and pass them to the lady next to her to clip the other clients fingernails without even wiping them off. Also watched one lady get a pedicure and they did not clean the tub nor did they take out the blue plastic insert, they just filled it back up with water and welcomed the next client in to a dirty water foot bath. They do not care about quality, they try to rush the masses in and provide poor quality work.

I had a pedicure! The lady who did my nails was so kind! She was able to preform outstanding service, and went above and beyond, as I have a foot condition which causes my toe nails to grow in crooked and she made sure to take care of them! Amazing nail place for sure! Pedicure
