Lynny has a great nail color selection and you usually can get in the same day! I did a dip manicure. I had a dip manicure when I came in. They removed my current manicure and had my new manicure done in around 45 minutes. The gal that did my nails did a great job. They did finish it with a UV shellac top coat this time, which they normally do the normal dip too coat. But a few days in and they still look fresh. The only thing I don’t love is that to take your current dip manicure off they have you soak your fingers in acetone with a chunk of cotton ball. You just rub your fingers yourself on the cotton while it soaks to help rub your nails off. This is perfect though if you don’t like the traditional foil/cotton ball/acetone route. I will say though that this method is the reason my manicure was so fast. My manicure was $40!

I had an appointment and still had to wait. I then showed the nail tech a reference picture and told her short almond shaped nails. She was on the phone the whole time not paying any attention so she gave me extra extra short rounded nails. Then uses colors not even close to what I had showed in the picture. Then the next day my right thumb peeled almost all the way off. I called and she told me that they’d fix it, but to make sure I called first in case they were busy. I asked for a refund and she said no. Given that the place is 30 minutes away from me I decided to just go somewhere else. This place is horrible and overpriced. I also asked for cateye polish she acted like she’d never heard of it before then I saw some on the counter. Horrible experience and unprofessional nail techs. Just want you in and out so they can move on to the next person. Attached the reference photo, what I received and my thumb that peeled less than 24 hours after.

Critical: QualityI have never really had a great experience at Linny nails but have continued to go because it’s close by and convenient but I won’t be going anymore. I understand that nails will never be perfect but I always feel so rushed here and the quality of the work is not very good. In the pictures you can see black polish from the last time I had my nails done is still on after I asked for it removed. The polish on my thumbs started chipping the day after I got them done as well. Definitely not worth the price. do not recommend.I have never really had a great experience at Linny nails but have continued to go because it’s close by and convenient but I won’t be going anymore. Unbearable pain should be another overpriced service on their menu. I got acrylic set removed and didn’t even soak my nails. Instead he clipped the acrylic short and then proceeded to tear off the remaining nail by wedging another thin plastic nail under it and then pry with cuticle cutters. My nails felt like they were tearing from the beds and whenever I would pull my hand away and winced in pain, the man would not stop, and would just do the same thing again. After all the nails were pried off I had to pay 15.00 dollars and left with visibly red nail beds that were sore to the touch. I could have just done it at home this way, but I figured that Lynny Nail, a certified nail salon, would be more professional but I guess I was wrong.

They got my daughter in with short notice for prom. But I was treated like an after thought. Being asked to give up my chair for a paying customer. But my daughter was getting a pedicure and a full set of nails.

Critical: QualityVery disappointed!! I usually would come here to get my Gel Full set, last 4 times I have received terrible work. Sped through the filing and painting, cut my fingers with the filer (very rough) and for some reason I was charged $66 when it’s NEVER been over $50. Last few times, nails were breaking and chipping ONE day after getting them done. Workers were very rude this time..Service: Gel manicuresVery disappointed!! I haven’t been to Lynny in years. I moved away for awhile but back in the area now. I visited their new place for the first time. I got one of the owners I believe. She seems to have a better attitude than before, not rude

I have been going to this location for years and have always had amazing customer service. They are extremely busy so it is always best to call to make an appointment prior to coming in. The only recommendation I have is to make sure to speak up if your services are not to your standards. The staff is always willing to redo a paint job/design/nail shape because they care how you feel about the services they are completing.
