I had acrylic gel nails done by Kim and she did a wonderful job I loved that there is no wait line and she took her time to do the design I wanted and it turned out to cute!!! Already thinking of what I want next. I’ve been looking for a nail salon and found the one 🙂 will be coming back here again because it may be my permanent mail salon !

I cannot say enough good things about my experience – pedicure was incredible, tools are clean and sterile, dip design immaculate & best of all, Dylan was kind, professional & thorough. Ladies were nice enough. I booked an appointment for a manicure and full set acrylics. I ended up with acrylics and no manicure. I asked her to do my cuticles when I realized I wasn’t getting the manicure I booked. First time trying the dip method and the color wasn’t quite what I was hoping for.

They apparently have new owners and haven’t updated their website so they don’t honor the price or service you book through their website. “Customer is always right” but not to this business. We chose a pedicure that online said $55 but ended up charging us $75 which is insanely expensive. They did a good job but the fact that they would not honor previous pricing due to new customers/proof of the booking and price & them having new owners I will not be back. They have said they offered a discount, it was $5. Not honoring the evidence we saw for pricing online.

I scheduled my appointment the day before for 2 services, dip and a luxe pedi. The gentleman on the phone was polite, thorough and quick. When I walked in he greeted me by name and you could tell he was smiling behind his mask. I was seated right away at kathy’s table that had a safe partition, offered a beverage, and given polish samples. Kathy greeted me very quickly and warmly. She was a wonderful and personable nail tech. I added on an eyebrow wax mid appointment which she effortlessly set up and completed before I changed over to the pedi station to relax. The massage part was excellent as well as the scent options for products (I picked lavender mint). From start to finish it was warm, friendly, and professional. Their prices were comparable to the surrounding salons, but their service is what made them stand out for me. The owners have only been there 10months, but have definitely got the routine, customer service, and products down packed.

I came to do a simple basic pedicure. Its a fresh and clean looking place, with new comfy massage chairs. My nails looked perfect after. The was no overwhelming chemical odor either. Night club style energetic music was on and the place has large TVs showing pleasant landscape images. Overall a good experience. I wish the skin care part of the pedicure service was done with more care, that’s why 4 stars.
